Leadership Tests

Our inventories are for Leader Learning and feedback, not selection. They are useful in hitting two primary objectives:

  • Confirm to participants their current state of subject knowledge—they know a lot already.
  • Identify areas of information gain—the real payoff in terms of performance improvement.
This kind of instrumentation has been found to be highly effective because it:
  • Pinpoints specific areas where new learning can take place.
  • Taps into the typical manager's desire to know where he/she scored against their peer group.
Inventories have 1-3 pieces per participant. Each order comes complete with an Administrator's Guide that has suggestions for use and norms. Packaged in sets of 25.

Sample Inventory

Inventories range from 1-3 pieces, are self scoring and use NCR paper. Questions are in easy to answer multiple choice format. Scoring is simply and quickly returns participants to the class leader's subject discussion.
