The Gold Standard Management Institute offers several consulting services:

For Health Care Organizations

• We are glad to advise management teams and OD professionals in their implementation of the GSM model. In most cases this takes the form of teleconferencing with your project team and we are glad to do this as a pro bono service.
• We occasionally assist by direct implementation of our Uncommon Leader course.
• We can supply referral assistance in getting you to certified Gold Standard Management consultants fully familiar with the model.

For Consulting Organizations

• Education and training in how to implement the Gold Standard Management model. We often find that a consultant's own model already has many gold standard management elements. We can help round out and supplement your offerings.
• Certification. The GSM Institute can help you qualify as a GSM provider. There is a modest fee to go through the certification process which then qualifies you to be a trademarked provider.
• Products and Processes. Under affordable licensing agreement our materials may be directly used in your client implementations.

For Associations & Universities

• Assist educators and professional groups to adopt management standards for their target audiences, or to develop course content.
• Seminar and keynote presentations are available for large and high level audiences.

All initial calls are at no charge. Involved or long term needs may require contracting for time spent. No fees are ever charged without your knowledge and consent for agreed upon services.
